I like your thinking about having sunny weather all the time. The problem with that Gracious, is that we all need water to survive and so we need a certain amount of rain. I know from my visit to family on Rarotonga, that water is precious and most people have to watch how long they shower for and water pressure, so they do not waste too much water.
